- 6–8 peach slices, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2–3 tbsp. walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions:
- Cut bagel in half and toast
- Spread 1/4 cup ricotta on each bagel half
